I drew this for someone I met here in Hawai'i who is planning to start an online RPG game (programming) on returning to France. However they needed someone to design some stuff and I hope I can help em out there! When he described his character, I just couldn't resist! I love capes and hoods! :)
So this is his character, a necromancer, please don't steal! :)
It's all done in ink(washes) and I'm sorta pleased with the result!
Comments are still very welcome though!

I love the washed look... very spooky. 12

:-) Meike de Nooy replies: "Thanks! washes are really sacry to me, especially ink because if they dry to fast you get thise stupid lines, so I am gald that it came out!"

Most certainly grabs the eye! =] I think that turnng up the contrast just a smidge would make it crazy-dramatic, though.

eej sis! love the drawing....just some comments 10 :
- necromancer has to do with death...more skulls and evil stuff...you just had halloween remember? 10
- next sword...please draw a hilt that people can hold on to...cuz at the moment noone can fight with that sword simply because they can't hold it 1 1
still is one amazing picture~!!! coolie oellie 12

I love it Meike, and the contrast is fine, and you don't need to add loads of skulls etc. to tell everyone what the character is. Your description is enough. Really everyone is an expert, and knows your art better than you do. Good grief!!

21 Meike de Nooy replies: "LOL.. I forgot to comment back on this picture! The person ranting about what should be done and what not is my little brother *smiles* he's one of the few that can rant all he likes.. we draw together occasionally and we really have opposite skills so we do learn while we go.. We also have different tastes sometimes 2"

Fascinating artwork... almost spoooooky!! LOL ;-)
Like the pose and the contrasts.

:-) Meike de Nooy replies: "makes me think I want to try more.. 2 I love the contrasts too, it was so much fun to do!LOL,, yeah, almost spooky!"

very nice...

This one looks like a keeper, waiting on the fee to cross the toll. Or, perhaps a bargaining to trade for a life.

Dark and mysterious but makes a statement.

:-) Meike de Nooy replies: "SCORE! that was all I wanted! 2"
