16/04/2008 Time passes.... and I finally have some fantasy art to upload again. I guess in fantasy one can express the real worldalmost better than in real life!

13/12/07 I cleared out some really outdated art. It was neccesary and I think some more might follow. Also uploaded a new piece and hope to have some more soon! I like the new elfwood!

03/08/2007 I havn´t entirely abandoned this place, but I´m just not around as much. I feel like all my art is borderline fantasy and I don´t want to create too much work for the moderaters. However, I do love this place and it has helped me become what I am I want to keep going. I am at home and have been doing some more art since, which is good and also a first time in scratchboard! Fun fun fun! hope you all enjoy!

about me:
I'm 24, playing water polo too much for my own good and doing art as much as possible. I'm a hopeless dreamer and can be very happy on my own, dreaming or reading. I love artists as Anton Pieck, M.C. Escher, Sulamith Wulfing, Luis Royo, Cicely Mary Barker,Alphonse Mucha, Brian Fraud you name it. Anything and anyone can inspire me, especially other artists but also a view, a country, an impression, a poem or even a simple conversation. All my work that is not so specifically fantasy goes here.

I hope you folks out there will enjoy my galary, and YES! I'd love comments as they help me improve, I always reply, sooner or later.

Here is a question from et ’maffe belgië’. It seems that you are just like me fascinated by Celtic art and culture. But i what disturbs me is that this culture is often claimed and abused by extreme right nationalist (in direct tradition of the German Nazi’s). This disturbs me the most as i am as an amateur of ancient Celtic and Wiking art also active in the political fight against those fascists.
